On occasion, Church Services, Sunday School, Greek School, and other Church related activities may be cancelled due to inclement weather or congestion in the area due to local events (such as Rutgers Football Games and Rutgers Graduation). If such a situation would arise, every attempt will be made to notify the community in a timely manner.
The following mechanisms will be employed to notify our members of any cancellations:
- Emergency Phone System. An automated phone message will be sent to all members of the community containing information pertaining to the cancelled activities. If you have not received an automated phone call, please contact the church office to ensure we have your proper phone number. If you wish to opt-out of the system, please click here to download the Notification System Opt-Out form. All completed forms should be mailed to the Church Office.
- Radio Station Websites. Closing information will be posted on the following local radio station websites:
- WCTC (AM 1450) Radio. Closing information will be announced on WCTC AM 1450 radio broadcasts (Note: Closing information will NO LONGER be announced on Magic 98.3)
